Booking our Cottages

All you need to know to come and enjoy a stay with us…

Booking Information

Ready to escape to the Highlands? Book your stay at our luxury lodges and reserve your slice of Scottish paradise now.

The cottages are let in peak season (approximately April to October) on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday, short breaks within our week Saturday to Saturday (minimum 4 night stay) may still be booked subject to availability, feel free to contact us for details.

To proceed with a booking click on the availability tab enter your preferred arrival and departure dates and fill in the booking form, alternatively you can contact us directly by e-mail or phone.

A deposit of 25% is required at time of booking, you will receive booking confirmation within 30 minutes from our booking system.

Request for final payment will be sent 28 days before arrival along with local directions on how to find us, you can also then let us know your planned arrival time.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

The cottages will be available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and should be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure to allow us to undertake the cleaning in time for subsequent guests. It would be very useful if on the day of travel as you get close you could let us know a more accurate arrival time.

OCCUPANCY

The cottages are only insured for the specified occupancy of 4 guests per cottage. No additional occupants are permitted to stay overnight in the cottages without prior arrangements with the owners

INCLUDED EXTRAS

Rental includes the following:

All bed linen and towels
Electricity and heating
Wi Fi
Satellite Television
Wood for the wood burning stove

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason you need to cancel your reservation then you should contact us as soon as possible and confirm your cancellation in writing. We will make every effort to market the available space to enable us to provide you with a full refund and the sooner you inform us of a cancellation, the more chances that we can fill the vacancy. If we are unable to fill the vacancy, costs will be incurred as follows:

• Cancellation given prior to 4 weeks before booking commences: LOSS OF DEPOSIT
• Cancellation less than 4 weeks before booking commences: FORFEIT LOSS OF FULL RENTAL (DEPOSIT & FULL BALANCE)

We would strongly recommend that clients take out full holiday insurance to protect against this possible loss of deposit/rental.

PARKING

Parking for two vehicles is available at both cottages.

PETS

We are sorry we do not accommodate pets at either cottage.

SMOKING

The cottages are no smoking.

DAMAGES

We understand that smaller damages do occur in the natural run of things but would expect that any damages sustained as a result of misuse would be paid for. Please do let us know about any damages or non-functioning items as quickly as you can so that we can get them repaired in good time.

PLEASE NOTE – our cottages are situated close to a river and pond, children should be supervised at all times.
